FundrX is a matchmaking platform and not a broker, dealer, or financial advisor. We do not verify the accuracy of all user-provided content and are not responsible for any investment decisions, outcomes, or disputes between users. All interactions and transactions are solely at your own risk.
FundrX may offer free and premium subscription tiers. Any applicable fees, including success fees on funded deals, will be clearly outlined. By using premium features, you agree to our payment terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the platform.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
